H1B transfer and at the same time moving my wife from F1 OPT to H4 EAD
question is can H1B and H4 + EAD be processed premium at the same time my wife currently is on OPT

EAD is pending since last 4 months in my case. H1 was done in premium.

EAD current processing time is between 4-6 months. And you can only apply for EAD with an approved I-140.

coocoocoo Feb 6, 2020H4 and EAD are not being processed in premium even if H1, H4 and EAD are applied together in premium. Thatโs bcoz of the biometric process for H4. H4 processing is going through a separate channel and itโs taking 4-6 months these days.
When some one changes job , I-140 from past job is not valid correct so , EAD will take lot longer - is that correct Understanding?

An I-140 will remain approved unless the petitioner withdraws it within 180 days of approval.
They can be processed at the same time. However H4+EAD doesnโt have premium
