I am in dilemma and need serious career advise. I have a very stable 6 figure salary in Cognizant . I have an offer from a startup with just 20% hike. Startup is not a product based but a boutique consulting specializing in cloud computing. They have around 10 employees in USA and around 20-25 in India. While this move is excellent from learning perspective, I am hesitant on visa stamping in India. Have heard ppl get a lot of stamping denials for companies with less employees in US, in this case only 10. Let me know whether I should go ahead or try for bigger salary. Again I am getting 20% increase only. What would you all have done in this scenario?

Not worth it. 10 employees is too small. And please don't call a consulting company a start up unless they have a product that they are selling
It’s boutique consulting with proper in house products that they utilize on their work.. but I agree that it’s not in league with startups with only product based ..
