Got an offer from a crypto trading firm that is willing to pay 2x my current salary. But they want me to join on H1B receipt notice. Any advice from recent H1B transfered cases is highly appreciated

I’m in a similar situation.. got a really good offer from an eCommerce startup, but they want to join upon H1B transfer receipt as they can’t wait for 8-9 months. Let me know what you decide..

This is just my opinion but I actually think there is reason to be optimistic. If the Democrats take the House in the November elections I don't think USCIS will go ahead with any other controversial decisions like putting PP on hold. They will just not have the political support because of the fear of a House investigation.

Ask them in writing that they will support legal defense if it goes to RFE. Note that if it gets rejected, you’ll be screwed!

For tech companies with good education and technical role denial chances are less than 1% ... most of the rejections are happening in consulting companies .. so don’t focus on all negative
