H1B transfer premium processing
Heard from couple of attorneys that premium processing for H1B transfer will be back from Oct 3. But I don't see this anywhere online. Has anyone heard similar stuff?

It should be back. Have seen lot of law firms mentioning on web that there is communication about it from uscis.

Probably they were talking about the 2018 H1B cap and not the transfer/extension?

Is premium processing back on?
That’s what our law firm mentioned too. Best to wait until 10/03 to find out
