My H1B transfer will be initiated in premium processing in next few days. Usually how much time does it take for the result to come? (Denial/RFE/Approval) I know USCIS claims 15 business days, but would like to know the real time.
Took 5 days for me couple of months back.
Uscis definitely responds in 15 calendar days(not business days) after the first filing. But if the application is not approved and receives an RFE, it will depend on the lawyers on how fast they can draft a response. Once the rfe response is submitted. Uscis responds within 15 calendar days.
13 days for me a few months back
Last week I got the approval in 4 days for transfer. Vermont SC.
My case was filed under PP on Aug 26 and my lawyers haven’t even received the receipt notice email yet.
Dude don’t compare immigration team of Infosys, CTS,TCS, IBM, Accenture. All of them are at offshore with bunch of idiots working and they are very slow. Btw, I was also from one of these companies but not now. Usually attorney’s will get receipt number in email after 2,3 of filing through premium processing. I got my receipt number on 3rd day and approval on 4th day last week.
Congrats! But I am moving to Expedia. Their lawyers are working in US.
Just got approved after 1 week for PM role.
Hi, was it TPM or PM, mine is was filed on 9/12 to CSC, receipt on 9/13 but still waiting.
12 days for me a week ago. California service center.
what was the soc code/role?
I got my receipt notice the next day of filing (last friday) Waiting for the decision now
Filed in premium on 9/9 Got receipt number still waiting till 9/13
My friend gets RFE, takes him extra 3 months or so.
How much time it took to get the RFE from filing?
Without RFE you can get the entire process done within a month. If you are unlucky and get a RFE then you are looking at somewhere around 3-5months
