I have an offer from Fidelity investments and they have initiated the H1B Transfer. I asked them that I will not be joining on receipt notice and will be paying for the premium processing. The HR told me that going with premium will trigger Rfe and will delay the joining. Please suggest.
1. Do not join on receipt. 2. Do not pay for anything related to H1B petition. 3. Premium Processing does not necessarily trigger RFE.
I have done h1b transfer at Amazon and Facebook. Premium was the default option. Pretty sure your HR is full of shit.
They assume that their h1bs are not denied…thats a weird assumption
What do you mean? Of course they assume you will not be denied, otherwise why do you hire you? Premium process is just faster
Premium will trigger Audit only if USCIS is backlogged and needs to someone respond within the 10 business day SLAs. Those RFEs are very easy to respond to and they still have to get a result within 10 days of RFE response. Otherwise premium should be default choice if you want to have some guarantee of H1 transfer. Joining on receipt is a throw of a dice. Don't do it unless you are desperate
Did the HR not known Trump era is over?
They don’t file in premium?
Did they file in premium
You need not pay for premium. It’ll go through just fine with premium, don’t join on receipt notice
Why not
