H1B visa stamping experience

I wanted to add some positive to here because I know many people are worried about doing H1B visa stamping. I was there, too. When I did googling, there were several odd and weird stories. Which made me scared. But it was little harder to find a good story, so I'm sharing my story. TL;DR; I flew back to my country (I'll not disclose my nationality just in case), did my interview smoothly, and got my passport back after 2 days. A bit long story. I got approval notice last year. Applied for change of status so I technically I didn't need to go back and do visa stamping. But I wanted to be able to travel outside of U.S., so decided to do visa stamping. I started to do googling after I looked up the list of docs from U.S. embassy of my home country. Most of these stories were talking about how they got some slips and stuck in their countries. Which made really sacred. But I haven't had any choice anyway. So started to talk to my colleagues and the lawyer work with my company to come up with a list of docs. Supplemental docs just in case. Googled possible interview questions and did some practice. And the , I flew to my country and had an interview. When it was my turn, I wanted to start smoothly. Said hi and made one small talk. After that...just two questions. What do I do with position and where do I work. Both of them took less than a minute to answer. Then, he typed for one or two minutes, and said your visa is approved! Then two days later, I checked the status of my application, and it was ready to pick up!! I don't want to say, everything will be fine for everyone. But don't be panicked by some scary stories on the Internet. Just prepare right and show confident when you are at the interview. Hope this gives good energy who need to go thorugh visa stamping!!
