H1b 2nd attempt but got laidoff
This is my 2nd h1b attempt but next week will be my last day at work, dont have any job offers yet, what are my options to file h1b this time? #h1b #lookingforprojects

You can join a consulting company and raise h1b first.. then go from there..

Find another job within x days (x = 90 - past unemployment days). Make sure they apply h1b next year or switch job. Use your final lottery. That’s all you can do
