H1b denial reason in cognizant technology solutions
Does anyone ever got to know the h1b denial reason when filed for extension from CTS They dont reveal reason to their associates anytime. Is there a way to know the reason

Sorry to hear that, I would encourage you or whoever went through this experience to find FTE job, these East Indian body shop companies are not employee oriented. You can try hard to know but it is upto CTS if they want to disclose it to you or not. Few of my friends from such bodyshop companies shared their tragedies where they had Masters degree in relevant CS field plus 10+ yrs work exp, yet such company intentionally messed up their case with inadequate docs. While I do not believe it completely, I doubt such companies could have employee interest at first at all.

I know of one person(friend’s husband’s colleague) who was let go because his degree (Bachelors in Mechanical) did not match with current job profile of software engineering. Had to leave the country.
Employer CTS. That's the reason.
