Why was it denied?
I don’t have the details yet
I don’t think you have any grace period at this point so you should leave the country. You could try coming back on a tourist visa.
Less than 180 days as out of status does not hurt. But it id better to ask a lawyer for help.
You can get B1/B2 Visa but you cannot work obviously. That's not easy though. Unfortunately, you will likely have to leave the country, get a new Visa and return.
If h1b has two years as grace period, it would be easy for immigrants who at least were doing or will do contribution to the US.
It's up or out in this country
You can try Day1 CPT route.

Grit is the key. Good luck! DM me if you have any questions.
Which company? Straight rejection or got RFE first?
Op are you a swe?
Google will probably help relocate you. Leave the country and don't accumulate unlawful presence as you're without status. This will affect future visas/green card.
