Has anyone been rejected for h1b extension? What are the odds?
Yeah a frnd got rejected, but was a consultant with very low pay through TCS
Even my cousin got a rejection on extension, consultant on EVC model.
RFE recently increased 45% but not sure about rejections
Saw an email from a US consulting company yesterday and the HR mentioned that they got 80% rejection rate. When the resource is junior or salary is less, the chances of rejection are high. USCIS seems to think that the resource is not highly skilled if they have those characteristics.
If you have done your bachelors/MS in non CS major.. You might get RFE and need to prove you learned coding somewhere (reasonable I guess as it's a specialty occupation and any other citizen can do your job if you never learned coding but working for msft.. Level 1 wage is a straight rejection, I doubt you come under that low pay
I’m going for stamping soon. Base Pay is 200k. Will that help With the approval?
Approval written all over your face son !
What's your level at snap?
This thread of old but just wanted to know for MS EE with 4 yrs exp in software, I140 approved & 130k base how hard is it for extension to get approved?
Is your title SWE or HWE on docs?

Biden meant “illegal” immigrants, right?
If you're FTE at MS. I'd say the odds are in your favor.
