H1 premium processing only reactivated for 2019 cap petitions. Isn't the transfer for h1b supposed to resume on February 19th?
@BDkP87 - hopefully yes, PP resuming on Feb 19th is totally at the discretion of USCIS. Fingers crossed for a positive news! š¤
