H1b transfer RFE
Hello, My new company (Verizon) applied for H1b transfer premium processing on Dec 10, 2019 and I got an RFE (Speciality Occupation) on Dec 12. I currently work as and IT Auditor and the new role is Sr. Audit Analyst (same as IT Auditor). I have bachelor's in Computer Engineering and Master's in Information Technology and Management. My law firm is BAL and they used the SOC code 13.2011.02 (Auditors). The response to RFE was sent on Feb 21, 2020 and I'm waiting on the decision. BAL never shared the RFE document with me. Few things that I'm trying to understand: 1. Did I receive RFE because of wrong SOC code? 2. What are the chances of approval if the SOC code was wrong but in the RFE response the lawyers have explained that the position aligns with my degree? Any other suggestions will be very helpful as I'm very anxious and I may have a decision soon. Thanks so much!

I just got it approved today. H1b since October 1st, 2019
As long as they defend the code properly you should be good. BAL gets lot of bashing but they handle such things well.
