If I change jobs and I have my I 140 approved will my old employer’s H1b visa get terminated? Or will I have two H1b visas? I am considering going back to my old employer and wasn’t sure if my visa would still be valid?
Priority date on i140 is yours to keep for as long as you are in the same job family and your responsibilities remain the same for 50%.... Assuming you have spent atleast 6 months with your i140 employer before switching. Visa on the passport is valid till the date printed on it. Your current I797 will be withdrawn after you quit your current job. You will get a new i94 once your transfer is approved

Avoid teams with only Chinese or Indians especially with a Chinese/Indian manager
The visa stamp remains valid until its expiration date, unless you go out of status (in which case it is automatically cancelled). With an approved I-140, you'll be able to keep extending your H-1B eligibility, but every time your existing visa stamp expires, you will need to get a new one the next time you plan on re-entering the US.
