in your case, since you want a more specialized path and your academic background is not at all relevant, more of a yes. especially if you do something like the online Georgia Tech MS
For you specifically it may be helpful if you’re having trouble breaking into more prestigious companies because of no degree (not sure where you work), but if you’re already in a software job and have no trouble getting interview offers from tech companies it’s probably not worth it.
