I have no idea what that means, what is it 1 in 100k? It’s a risk we have to take ultimately.
These days, we are perhaps ready to classify the SARS-COV2 virus alongside other coronaviruses that constitute the ‘common cold’ to - due to widespread immunity from both vaccinations and natural infections as well as a dramatic genetic drift towards a milder upper respiratory disease
Human coronavirus OC43 may be a reasonable analogy, having possibly been responsible for a historical pandemic but now is considered to be a common cold virus
