H4 EAD holders - Whadif you dont get a work visa?
All you H4 EAD holders who do not have a shot of applying for H1B visa (due to expiry/non-renewal due to the upcoming regulation change), wats your plan to continue working? Has your company offered you any assurances on your job if you aren’t able to eventually get a work visa?

Yeah sure they should ban it. The only reason it's in place is to pacify Indians who have been waiting for a while to get their GC. If they ban it more Indians will be pissed off. Which will bring more light to the wait time for Indians on H1-b
My assurance is my skills. Can get a job if I need one. Got 5 offers moving soon. If I need it will move again.
I think OP’s question is more on the lines of “what is your plan if the govt decides to rescind the work permits of H4 visa holders”. While your skills might get you multiple job offers, how do you plan to take up any of those offers if you don’t have a valid work permit?
