H4 EAD job
I heard few companies are not hiring h4 ead people anymore, ( dropbox, at&t, costco) can you please let me know if you heard the same in your company. Please confirm the company names as well.
H4 EAD needs to be removed.
Why? H1B's spouse will get work permit eventually once they get through the green card waitline. it's just a matter of time.

With green card application pending approval, spouse of an immigrant will tap into the job market sooner or later. If you are good enough, why do you worry so much about competing with immigrant spouse?
According to your logic, we should remove H1B as well because H1B workers are bigger threat. You are just a typical protectionist.
If you have H4 EAD, you can work for yourself. Take advantage of spouse's healthcare and work on contractor projects on upwork.com, you'll have more freedom and make more $$$.
