I got a full time offer from HCL America based on my 6+ years IT experience. Job role is Cloud deployment and integration engineer. What should be ideal package (TC)I should ask/negotiate?

I would too agree on your comment. Also, when it comes to visa sponsorship, higher chances of getting rejections specially for H1 candidates.
