I have a couple of offers from cardinal health and a startup. I'm confused which one to pick.
The positions are data scientist.

Both are in the healthcare space. Both are working on some really cool, interesting data science problems.

I'd also like to know if anyone has any insider info on cardinal health wrt to perks, wlb etc.

  • CAH is…complicated. On the one hand they have the capital and the reach to really change things. On the other hand, at least in biz mgt, they’ll restructure their people (layoffs) every 3-4 years because a consultant going into industry promised someone something. But you will learn everything there is to know about medical & pharma distribution and can have a material impact on the healthcare industry in this country. They tend to pay well imo, and there is legit career growth there as well if you work for it. And Columbus is MCOL city with a vibrant food & music & sporting culture.
