Hi, I will be having an HR phone screen with Tesla and SpaceX soon.

Can anyone give me insights to the interview process or overall theme of behaviorals?

Do I expect the standard LC, onsight, HM rounds?

    Just accepted an offer at SpaceX. My behavioral rounds all dug deep into understanding how I deal with stress, conflict, and ambiguity. There was a lot of emphasis on whether I can work under pressure, how I set out to solve problems under pressure, and working solo/in teams. I've never had to answer as many behavioral questions as in the interviews for SpaceX.

      Interesting. I have a 45 min phone call with an engineer which should be CS fundamentals + networking concepts. So I guess no coding initially

      Ah okay. One of my rounds was a Python and SQL coding take home test, and another at the on-site, so I expect you will have something similar. Good luck!
