Got offers from Plaid and Rippling.
Plaid: TC 500K
Rippling: TC 540K
240K-ish Base for both and the rest is equity (both are in RSU).
Plaid seems to have pretty good culture. My only concern is about the upside with the 13B valuation.
Any suggestions on the offer and why?
Current TC 420K, YOE 8

I can only speak for Plaid, but it's the best fucking culture I've ever experienced in tech. And I've worked in tech for 15 years. As with any company, the culture is always in flux, but the management and the CEO are very competent.
Come join us and you won't regret it. Linkedin is a great comapny to work at, but having worked at a FAANG I can tell you that you will be doing so much more fulfiling work at Plaid. There is just so much to be done, that your area of ownership will be v high. Plus people are very generous with their time.
It would be obvious for me, but everybody has different priorities.
Flagged by the community.
But new employee will still be getting stock based on the 10+B valuation which is not realistic.
