Democrats and working for Facebook (serious)

I came across an article from 2020 on employee donations by company and was surprised to find Facebook so skewed towards democratic donations. I have always shied away from applying there because I assumed that it would be primarily republican based on how little employees tend to speak up about Facebook not doing as much as it could to stop misinformation. For democrats (or republicans) at Facebook, do you believe that Facebook should be doing more to stop misinformation (especially around politics)? If so, how do you reconcile your personal views with working there?
