I applied to a position and got a response from an outsourced recruiter (let’s call this guy A)who then also forwarded my resume to a different recruiter, B. (This is strange already)
I got an email from B asking about my detailed experience in specific tech stack and I answered honestly and told I’ve never used Angular. This moron also asked if I had full stack experience and my current position is the fucking full stack engineer and its’s written in my resume.
That bastard replied saying “well the HM is looking for someone with Angular experience” and cancelled the initial screen. What the fuck?
If that’s a requirement why the fuck was it not shared with the asshole guy A in the first place??
Also this B and the HM of the company don’t think Angular is something people can learn in the job or willing to give chances to people even though I have extensive experience in JS, React, Node.
These people have ZERO understanding about software developer’s career. Eat shit idiots.
Sorry about the rant.
Good night.

On an other note, I was an Angular (1x-8x) developer for 5 years and then switched to React. React is 10times easier to learn. You’d take a lot of time to ramp up with Angular, it’s a large framework & not just a light weight library like React. So if the HM is looking for someone to start right away or even mentor others, why would they hire you? Not every company/team has that time to train you. You don’t have the right skills. That’s it.
You seem on edge. No one likes angry people. Breath.
