I’m about to start a round of interviews. Google and Facebook so far. How has remote interviewing gone for everyone? I feel like I’ll miss having the whiteboard, at least for the problem solving portion. Once coding gets going it will be nice to have a text editor though.
Do Google or Facebook have you use some kind of virtual whiteboard by chance?
Am I crazy for preferring in person interviews on a whiteboard?

With the virtual interviews it's more just bullet points for those who do not offer virtual whiteboards which is not as useful...
One time I used a piece of paper for myself but it was kinda awkward.
Even the virtual whiteboards are trash tho unless you had a pad to draw on.
