How to not pay taxes (or payless) on short term trades?

I made 506K in NIO options/stocks in 2021 so far. I am NOT selling as it will trigger taxable events. Both my wife/I also work and have 450K incomes + rents coming from properties. We are already fully invested in co 401k etc. and out of option on deferring taxes.
I have the following questions -
How do you negate your w2 income in general? (please suggest options beyond 401k, mortgage/ptax write off)
How to not pay or pay less on short-term trades? Do short-term trade under LLC? I mean what is the vehicle to save on capital income? what should be the company structure?

Do you give a bit extra to the IRS because you can afford it?
