I really value working at places that truly believe in a good wlb and healthy culture. This provides me with the opportunity to either make more money in my personal time or increase my happy quotient by doing other things I feel are personally important.
- network (this isn't a sure shot way to make money but if it works, it works big)
- education (you can take up a few courses, or teach at a local university)
- uber or Lyft
- side gig (you can work on your startup or just play guitar at a local concert or create your YouTube channel)
