Curious what it was and if you got the solution or not. If you didn’t did you still get the offer?
Why do you want to work for Amazon?
Tell me about a time when you had great WLB.... Yeah, you can forget about that now... Congratulations! You're hired! 😂
Lol 🤣🤣
The decision should be totally based on how much you can survive on bananas.
You mean failing a single coding problem would sink your entire result?
Cool any tips for me to succeed? I have one week left to study
Id say design questions. You cant really leetcode it and the interviewer *needs* to be happy with your solution.
My design question was very straightforward. What sucked was the interviewer during one coding session constantly changing how he wanted me to solve the problem to the point of taking up all my time. His hints were wrong, too, so after leading me astray on his suggestions he apologized and I had to start over. How does that happen?
I can very well see that as both a mistake on the interviewer's part and intentional behavior simulating a client that's not quite sure what they want. That depends on your target level of course.
In how many ways can you enjoy an Amazon banana? Be creative 🍌🍌🍌
Do you have any questions?
None of the questions were terribly hard. Most of them were medium and you could do without leetcoding. But anyway the ‘hardest’ was to clone a binary tree with a random pointer.
Do you mean that Each node has a pointer to the parent? Otherwise how can you clone it?
lol a regular binary tree (left, right pointer) but also an extra pointer that can randomly point to any node in the tree!
Tell me what do you like about Amazon?
this
Ikr? Its by far the hardest question. Like how do you even begin with finding something from a null set 🤦🏻♀️
