The potential issue I see is the ramp up cost. You need new chips etc, but a Fab won't make you one of a kind, they want bulk. However to prove you are right and you have a viable product with a potential customer base to make a compelling story for the venture capitalist you need to demonstrate
Good points, scale up cost is gonna be an issue, & logistics & hardware software compatibility issues. Just not sure will hotel go from smart TV, and skipping tablets/phones are to app or to voice control?
Those are downstream issues that can be flushed out financial analysis. Not the place to start with a startup. Start with leadership and some product science, both will reveal things that will inform the operational aspects. Proper sequence and alignment is key. Be heuristic about it, not prescriptive.
Possible but good segmentation needed and compelling features that stand out from big 2 or 3.
