Has anybody else decided to never use Triplebyte because of their over advertising and clickbait?

I’ve never clicked one of those ads in my life, but they are all over blind and reddit. It’s safe to say they’re so annoying I will never use or recommend their product to anyone. Do you think the company is aware how annoying their campaigns are?

Heard with triplebyte you can go straight to onsite. Heard Facebook also hires from there. But I agree, ads are annoying in general.

The straight to on-site is exaggerated. They still do an interview on phone except technical questions will not be asked. They talk about the company, the team and the product and ask questions about your professional background. You probably haven’t even heard of that company until you saw them in the triple byte portal a week prior and now you have to act like they are your dream company, that you don’t care about high tc and suck up to them and convince those penny pinching companies to consider you for an on site. Was a huge waste of my time.

This is so true. This is why I hate startups

I really liked the triple byte experience. Best phone screen ever. The on-site conversions are also high quality

I liked my triplebyte experience. On the other hand 80% of companies were startups with NodeJS techstack which tells you a lot.
