in top companies (Gfbmsft, Airbnb, etc)
Aww this guy is cute. My day doesn’t start without him bumming out. Keep it up pal. Don’t lose hope.
I pity the team that hires him. Especially the SDM who has to deal with this dude in Weekly 1:1’s.
Holy shit. What the fuck is your problem? I asked a legitimate question. And guess what? I don't talk about prestige in person. I'm socially fucking aware. What the hell is wrong with all of you? Why do you guys continually talk to me this way. I'm forced to ask the same fucking question constantly because instead of answering me question you all say horrible shit to me like this. By the way, my boss likes me.
I failed phone screen at KFC and when on to start Ali bubba, even with a weird shaped head. You can achieve your dreams.
Yeah nowadays people measure your potential by the shape of your head
Phone screens are as important as on sites because it helps to make sure the company doesn’t cost too much on somebody they don’t think worth it. So failing phone screen is just like failing the on site. Just move on.
Lol no. Phone screens test if you're decent at what you do. Onsites are the actual test.
You have a wrong understanding of phone screens. Cost of onsites are significantly higher than phone screens. The job of phone screen interviewers is to reduce cost while maximizing outcome (winning good candidates).
It is not only about succeeding or failing. Sometimes phone screen is about the fit. Phone call can clarify what you are up to, objectives, etc. Don’t take it personally.
Failed a lot in lesser companies, were devastated and depressed...but got into a way better one. Keep trying...you will make it
Only when I tried to get a nighttime Dairy Manager position at Wegmans. They were asking me shit like "what was the most fulfilling part of your landscaping job in college?"
Did you say the stay at home wives?
Oh my fucking god. He’s doing it again.
I failed a phone screen and now like you am waiting for a positive response. I hope that they make an offer.

Move on. Get a life. This is getting old.
And this is why I keep posting. Because I get responses like this instead an pertinent answer to my question. I'm stating to think you like me :)
