Has anyones company mentioned if inflation will be addressed in their next review?

It’s in the title, but with monster inflation, has your manager or HR recognized the problem? I work remote and part of my deal going remote was “keep your Bay Area salary, but no typical annual raises (outside of promo) until you’re inline with the market you live in” Granted I’m still way ahead of my market, but this is quite the hit.

Haha… they are banking most will stay regardless as they have in the past. You need to jump for the just inflation adjustments.

Companies have no incentive . That’s one of the reasons for great resignation .

I got a 6.5% raise so I guess it evens out for me.

I think most companies already incorporated inflation adjustments into new hires’ offers this year. I also expect the great resignation to continue next year...

General Dynamics happyDappy Nov 27, 2021

I hope it continues forever. Employees have much more power now.
