I'm in a project with 3 other consultants and I'm constantly revising their work. My manager knows about the situation and chooses to ignore what's going on. What do you all do when you dislike the people you are temporarily working with?
Are you peers (same level) or are they reporting you you? If they are peers, why are you revising their work? If I had a peer that was ‘correcting’ my work, I’d slack off because why work too hard when I know you can pick up my slack. As far as the manager, you should meet with them and after the meeting summarize the points you raised in an email. If nothing happens within a few weeks, escalate to next level. It sounds like you should change teams or companies.
