I found a home I'd like to buy (around 700k). Had redfin realtor show me the house. They say they give cashback but it seems pretty low, would only net around 3k from them it seems.
Anyone experience negotiating this with redfin? Or has anyone used another service that gives more cashback without fucking up the transaction?
