I've got 550k TC from databricks. Microsoft has given me counter offer for 480k.
HR has mentioned that this is an equivalent offer considering the stability and benefits Microsoft provides to it's employee's
Should I take retention offer or move to databricks.
TC was the only reason for me to look outside Microsoft other wise I'm well set up for success in my current position
