Evaluating an offer from Evidation ,small health care start up in Bay Area for non-Swe role. Equity: 4.5k shares bonus: 6% base: 135k. Anyone familiar with company and can share insights or insights about health care start up salary ranges

I think I am being low balled because of Covid..
