Got a SDE2 offer from Discovery. A bit lower than my expectations. There aren't many datapoints. So I'd like to know what you guys think. How much more should I target in negotiation

Are discovery engg/tech offers similar to prod/prog offers for the same level? In amzn, engg offers for the same level are higher than mgmt related roles.

Yeah, that seems like a fairly low offer. I know a guy who works here who's an SDE 2 who has 200k base salary with 3 YOE

  Oh I didn’t accept the offer. I got offers at tableau and other companies but I took the tableau offer. Seemed like a smart group of people there though. I didn’t love the recruiter or hiring manager too much though.
