how can i loose 5 pounds with small changes to lifestyle
After my team matching interviews, it seems that the position I was interviewing for is now on hold. Instead there are openings in Health and Wellness Team. This team is responsible for building a better future for our Pharmacies. The work is really exciting and will impact a lot of customers. This is the message from recruiter. Any inputs on how Health and Wellness team is? Their initiatives, impact, importance, tech stack, culture, size? Your inputs are very helpful in making the decision. Thanks!
I was an analytical business partner to some members of the team during their previous roles within the company. I immensely respect the quality of their technical competence, partnership with their business partners and drive for healthy team culture. You can definitely expect to work with large datasets and unique/interesting domain constraints (e.g. HIPAA). The tech stack could be java + OO or .Net + functional programming in F# or anything in between due to the increased adoption of micro services across the company. Your immediate team/project will likely drive decisions regarding the stack you use. You can likely expect good devops support (based on what I’ve heard).
Thanks much. How big is this team? How old is Health and Wellness group? Do they use Kafka, Azure and other distributed frameworks?
The people that I know who went to the team have used Azure, Event Store, Kafka, .Net, F# and have contributed to the broader community for these tools (blog posts, trainings, meetups etc). Some have direct experience with the evolution of using async on Azure. I don’t know the size of the team, how it’s structured or who on the team is currently using which stack.
Any more insights into Health and Wellness team?
It's a top priority within company
Could you elaborate? Do they work with large volumes of data? What is their culture and tech stack?
