I know handful Citadel emplo who went to jump. Maybe they try to recruit Citadel employees like we do for every other hedge fund

I hear more stories of ppl moving from fang to hfs but there’s also a lot more fang roles than hf roles. So It’s not proportional and can go either way

yeah i would assume 90% of hedge fund SWE that didnt get hired as a new grad worked at FANG+ companies in the past.
