Help Prepping For Interviews

Hello! I am a self-taught engineer, and have been working as a full-stack engineer for about 3 years. I had zero CS fundementals experience until this time last year. Within the past year I interviewed with: - Google: Failed phone screen - Square: Failed phone screen - Intuit: Failed onsite - Facebook: Failed onsite - Amazon: Recycled after onsite (L6) - Netflix: HM -> failed HR - Amazon: Recycled after onsite (L5) - Netflix: HM -> skipped HR -> failed phone screen Reflecting on this past year I realize that I need more interview practice. I have no problem coming up with optimal solutions, and explaining the choices I made. The path to the solution in an interview setting has been riddled with stupid fumbles, and a lack of confidence. If you have some extra time to help me out with a weekly mock interview, please DM me!

No offense but you mentioned your issue in your post You have zero cs fundamentals I would start from the basics - learn algorithms and data structures Then cracking the coding interview Then leetcode You are ruining your “credit” with those companies by coming unprepared Notice how many phone screens you failed and those are usually easier coding questions “I have no problem coming up with optimal solutions” well , with 9 years of experience and about 90% of the interviews I did - I passed in them (including faang) I wouldn’t say it with that much confidence especially in an interview scenario. Also as someone above mentioned - pramp will help you get some realistic feedback in case there’s also a social issue of sorts
