Help: Technical interview prep (no coding)

I have a tech interview coming up that will test my knowledge of computer science fundamentals (system design, data bases/structures, algorithms, architecture, internet technologies, protocols, IT security)

What would be a good and relatively fast (1 week) way of studying this? I don’t need to be an expert but need to understand the basics of these.

Do you have any sources, recommendations, advice?

For CS basics, look for the "Cracking The Code Interview" videos on YouTube. You will be able to cover both in a week if you invest 2-3 hours per day (pro tip: increase video speed for Max learning)
