Help evaluate offers
I have 2 offers, and I think there is a some room for negotiation. Below are the details Msft - 61 125k base 20k stock over 4 yrs Didn't mention signon Nvidia 142k base 250 stock units 10k first year 15K second year bonus 3.5 yrs experience. How much can I ask Microsoft signon and equity. I am thinking to match base with Stock - 125k and Bonus - 25k plus 30k

I don’t think msft can go that much at 61 you can ask to increase job level as well..

IypJ42 Jul 15, 2018Current TC? I’d imagine with 3.5 yoe at Amazon your current TC would be much higher than your 2 offers here. You should just continue to interview and get more offers if you’re not satisfied with these 2.
