Help evaluating offer

170 + 70k options ( 4 yrs ). Good benefits Fintech on west coast. Under 750 employees. Has had successful series C funding..... My situation is H1B with 140 approved. First time at a startup. So far have been only at Fortune 500. New Position - back end. - AWS cloud - Java / Kotlin - Company mission is good. - Company is in the middle of enteringnew markets and needs help re-architecting app for growth and new markets Current position - Been here for 5 years. Worked on exciting projects in back end and helped deliver products from inception to production. Tips? Confused ... Thank you for advice

Question: Is the offer 70k stock options or 70k worth of stock? In addition, consider the following points: How many outstanding stock in the company? Is it profitable? What is the company's TAM? Do the founders have pedigree i.e previous unicorn exits or highly regarded academics? How's the engineering culture? Evaluating a startup is more of an art than a spreadsheet calculation. There are many other factors that go into a decision to work at one.
