Help needed Senior TPM high range
Got an offer from MSFT on Senior HW TPM for cloud infrastructure. They can't hire principal TPM, so they said they can push to the high range. What that would be? If multiple teams want me, what can I ask for hiring bonus? Thanks

The promo from senior to principal is a tough one. People leave the company and come back a year later to get the increase rather than trying to do it within Microsoft.
Push for Principal if you think youβre there. Otherwise it will take your a few years
