Actually that can't be changed. Stocks in walmart are always 15% of the base (vesting over 4 years), so the first year you get 15%/4~= 3.75% of the base

Walmart has standard salary structure. The stocks will be granted every year. If you are looking for 3+ years then Walmart is good. If u want quick money then pharmaeasy is good. WLB is better in Walmart.
Brand name? Walmart Toxic culture, horrible work, bastard managers, soul sucking WLB? Also walmart Consider these and make a decision
My friend moved from target to Walmart, regretted it very badly. Work at walmart is average at best. Target or pharmeasy might be better choices
