Helping a Redfin agent

I got the news today that my Redfin agent got laid off. I really want to help him, I am not familiar with the jobs/profiles in their line. If there is a referral sheet or if I can point him in the right direction please let me know.

I hope this helps anyone else who sadly got impacted.

    Are they laid off or are they on furlough? You can help them by closing on a house this month if they are on furlough. They will receive most of their bonus still. I believe it is 70% if you close this month and 30% if you close next month, but I am not an agent so I don't know if I am correct.
