Here is my Apple ICT2 offer. Am I getting lowballed?
1 YoE and Masters degree before ICT2 125k base 70k RSU over 4 years 10k signing bonus so 125 + 70/4 +10/4 = 144k Recruiter assures me she is maxing it out for me and that I should be able to jump to ICT3 next year and get a big bump and refresher. thoughts?
Recruiter is BSing. You won’t get promoted to ICT 3 next year
How long will it take you think? She said people who have masters and 2 years work experience get ict3. I have masters and 1 year already so her logic is that within another year I should get ict3

That’s a good ICT2 offer, I would think chances are good for your 2-3 next year
Signing bonus is not 10/4. You have to stay for 1 year to get that 10k
That’s a pretty average ICT2 offer compared with what my friends received as returning interns. Generally my team at Apple told me you get ICT3 after 1 year being an ICT2. Are you hourly or salaried?
What does returning interns get ?
Salaried but I hear there is overtime pay there
