My wife uses Robinhood and accidentally moved about $30k into her brokerage account rather than back to our checking account. We finally have all of the overdrafting issues solved after this (she somehow managed to do this several times), but need to move the money back to our checking / savings accounts.
Apparently RH saw what she did as fraudulent activity (reasonable) and now her account is blocking all outbound transfers. We contacted customer service but they haven’t responded for over a day. Is there any way to get in touch with these people?
Makes me glad I use Schwab.
