Whats the best savings account with a high yield rate? Want to change from Ally since they keep lowering their interest rate.
You may also try a MMA (Money Market Account), normally a lot of them have the same savings features.
This dropped to 1.5% APY when I checked yesterday. :/
I remember Vanguard having one at 2.1%
Simple Bank is pretty nice. 1.75. Wealthfront is 1.8. I mean, everywhere you go, they'd be lowered depending on the fed. Wealthfront started out at 2.2 something if I recall correctly. Or 2.5? Don't remember. Now just 1.82.
Everyone goes down based on the fed rates, but wealthfront has been consistently up there.
Ally 1.6%. I thought it's always been the best. Now its interest rate seems to be lagging behind. Looking to switch now
Same. I saw another one called VIO or something like that. Graham Stephen recommended it. But I looked into and it’s only been around for 1.5 years. Kind of hesitant since ally has been around for 15-20 years I think
https://redneck.bank 2.25%
Credit karma savings should be the highest.
Yeah. I have been using them for a while.
Beware of CK savings account - https://www.reddit.com/r/personalfinance/comments/e11hm7/update_credit_karma_high_yield_savings_linked
Credit karma has savings at 1.8%
Wealthfront 1.82% and synchrony bank - 1.8%
I have mine in Cap1, steady 1.8%
You mean 1.7, right? Performance Savings.
+1 for capital one. They also had a really nice signup bonus. You should check and see if you can still get it. It was close to $1k.
