Hiring Front End Engineers

I am EM for Ad formats team at Yieldmo and we are looking to hire couple of FE engineers for our team. What we do: Yieldmo is essentially a rising exchange that has been around for a while but is now moving toward the next phase. We're a 'work from anywhere' company of less than 100 employees based out of NY; we're pre-IPO, doing about $150MM spend this year on the platform, and very profitable. We've been around since 2012 and our CEO/Cofounder, Mike Yavonditte, has a hugely successful track record of investing in and leading companies to tremendous exits (he sold one of his earlier companies, Quigo, to AOL for $340 million). We're on the cusp of explosive growth, I'd expect us to see 3-5x growth over the next few years. The company is a hybrid Exchange, having capabilities of a high scale exchange (Pubmatic, Xandr, Magnite), a formats company (e.g. TripleLift, Kargo, Teads), a measurement company (DV, Moat, IAS), and significant optimization capabilities that don't require audience data. We're best known for our exchange, formats and attention analytics, but those offerings are the kernel of a whole host of new offerings we're bringing to market.
